Care Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Home Instead. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our clients, while also supporting our Care Professionals in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance visits to clients and their families to ensure compliance and high levels of customer service.
- Introduce new Care Professionals to clients and complete all necessary documentation.
- Assist in creating, updating, and auditing client care plans to ensure they meet the client's needs.
- Ensure clear risk assessments are completed for clients and Care Professionals.
- Use our care management software to audit daily care logs and medication records.
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota, including evenings and weekends.
- Complete the first care visit for new clients to ensure care plans meet their needs.
New Client Care
- Attend care consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
- Complete care plans that meet the client's needs and preferences.
- Prepare all necessary documents for new clients, including care plans and introductions.
- Introduce new Care Professionals to clients and complete all necessary documentation.
- Ensure client files are complete and up-to-date.
- Conduct quality assurance visits for new clients.
Existing Client Care
- Introduce new Care Professionals to existing clients and complete all necessary documentation.
- Prepare for and conduct quality assurance visits for existing clients.
- Prepare for and conduct service review visits for existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve care and outcomes for existing clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Cheerful personality with a positive mindset.
- Quality focus and attention to detail.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to meet demands of the business, including participating in an on-call rota.
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Subject to a full enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
