Job Summary
Home Instead is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Field Care Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service, full compliance, and positive client experiences throughout their time with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients from beginning to end of their time with Home Instead, ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance.
- Complete quality assurance visits to clients and their families, introducing new Care Professionals and conducting support visits to quality check the care provided.
- Assist the Head of Client Experience in creating, updating, and auditing client care plans, ensuring clear risk assessments are completed for clients and Care Professionals.
- Use our care management software to audit daily care logs and medication records, participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota as required.
- Complete the first care visit for new clients to ensure care plans meet their needs.
New Client Care
- Attend care consultations and complete care plans.
- Prepare all documents required for the client, introducing new Care Professionals and completing all documentation.
- Ensure client files are complete and carry out New Client QA's.
Existing Client Care
- Introduce new Care Professionals to clients and complete all documentation.
- Prepare for and complete Quality Assurance visits and Service Review visits as required.
- Identify opportunities to provide excellent service and improve outcomes for clients.
Requirements

Qualifications and Experience
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Strong skills in conducting care assessments and care planning.
- Good understanding of systems and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Passion for providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work well and accurately under pressure.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Flexibility to meet business demands, including participating in an on-call rota.
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Subject to a full enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
