Field Support Supervisor

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Support Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues and providing support to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of colleagues to provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs.
- Develop and implement person-centered support plans to meet the needs of individuals.
- Conduct care needs assessments and provide recommendations for support.
- Induct new colleagues and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Complete supervisions and appraisals to ensure high-quality support.
- Participate in on-call rota to provide support outside of regular working hours.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care management role.
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
