Job SummaryAs a Leasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of customers from the sales team to the final delivery of their leased vehicles. You will be responsible for managing the process from order placement to delivery, guaranteeing efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Review and verify sales orders before placing with suppliers.
- Maintain customer communication throughout the finance process.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery after completion of finance documents.
- Ensure all post-delivery paperwork is submitted for timely payments.
You will also be responsible for handling administrative tasks, including:
- Handling PCN notices, communicating fees to customers.
- Managing end-of-contract collections and part exchanges.
- Overseeing vehicle off-hire and post-lease purchase processes.
- Managing chassis profit invoicing and ensuring timely submission.
- Inputting additional vehicle profits into Phoenix and invoicing upon delivery.
As a Leasing Administrator, you will be the point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or issues, providing professional and efficient customer service to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements- Experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
