Job Title: People and Technical Skills Trainer

Job Summary:

We're seeking a qualified Gas Engineer to deliver technical training at our academy for existing and new engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Delivering mandatory training, reaccreditation, apprenticeships, technical learning programmes, and inductions.
  2. Supporting business growth and sector development by creating a workforce of highly skilled engineers.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will:

  1. Quality deliver technical training in key engineering disciplines.
  2. Manage learning journey progression for engineer training groups.
  3. Meet performance levels in relation to success rates and timely skills attainment.
  4. Manage administration related to engineer training, assessment, and quality assurance.
  5. Be a leader and role model for safety performance.
  6. Be an ambassador for diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting a culture that allows colleagues and customers to thrive.
  7. Accountable for own CPD, ensuring compliance and technical expertise.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
Requirements:

The successful candidate must:

  1. Hold Core ACS +4 qualification.
