As a People and Technical Skills Trainer, you'll play a vital role in delivering technical training for existing and new engineers in the sector. Your work will ensure engineers remain compliant with the skills required to meet our customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality delivery of technical training relating to all key engineering disciplines
  • Group management and learning journey progression for engineer training groups
  • Meeting performance levels in relation to success rates and timely skills and qualification attainment
  • Managing administration relating to engineer training, assessment, and internal quality assurance
  • Leading and modelling safety performance within the workplace
  • Being an ambassador and promoter of DE&I, creating a culture and environment that allows colleagues and customers to thrive
  • Accountable for own CPD, covering current and future skills requirements
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
