Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Advisor to join our team at Warburtons. As a key member of our HSE team, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of responsibility and accountability across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the business with risk assessments and ensure investigations establish root cause and effective corrective actions are put in place.
- Work cross-functionally to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels to support the HSE agenda and implement continuous improvement.
- Complete inspections and audits, monitor performance data, and generate reports.
- Support the training team and coach and influence colleagues across the business to understand their accountability and responsibility for HSE.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Health & Safety Advisor.
- Experience of managing environmental risks.
- NEBOSH Occupational Health and Safety Certificate or equivalent preferable, or equally working towards your Diploma.
- Experience within manufacturing and distribution in a FMGC environment desirable.
- Full, clean, UK Drivers Licence.
