Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front ground level site activity, including deliveries, skip changes, and material arrivals.
- Control the site logistics, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety Legislation and regulations.
- Lead and manage site workers, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor and report on site activity, identifying areas for improvement.
- Detailed knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation and regulations.
- Site logistics experience, with a strong understanding of site programming.
- Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site workers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of project flow and demand fulfilment.
- Good knowledge of plant equipment and machinery.
- The ability to work with initiative, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
