Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience working with Warehouse Management Systems and a passion for delivering exceptional results? We're seeking a talented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc.

What You'll Do:
  • Monitor and analyze inbound and outbound call logs to ensure seamless operations
  • Achieve, maintain, and improve daily, weekly, and periodic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Support customers in planning their launches, peaks, and ad-hoc activities
  • Assist management in allocating work on a daily basis
What You'll Need:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems is desirable
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for own workload
