Position: Support Team Supervisor

Location: Halifax

Compensation: £14.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Full Time

Annual Leave: 33 days (pro rata)

We are in the process of assembling a dedicated team to assist an individual in a supported living environment within the Halifax region.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in care and support services. You should be capable of working independently while also exhibiting a personable demeanor. It is essential to manage challenging situations effectively, ensuring a consistent approach to prevent escalation. Understanding potential triggers and having strategies to address them is crucial.

As a team leader, you will provide local guidance and support, focusing on areas such as team scheduling, supervision, and the development of support plans and risk assessments. You will receive assistance from a Regional Case Manager who will oversee the individual we support.

This role involves hands-on engagement with the team, complemented by designated administrative hours to fulfill your leadership responsibilities.
