Become a Key Player as a Care Team Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the management team in fulfilling the objectives outlined in the organizational mission.
- Guide and oversee the care staff to effectively address the needs of clients.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Provide guidance and support to team members as directed by the Registered Manager.

Core Duties:
- Ensure that staff are knowledgeable about the care plans of service users.
- Participate in planning meetings to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Engage directly with service users to foster independence.
- Maintain precise records and manage medical requirements.
- Lead monthly meetings with service users and address behavioral challenges.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Offer supervisory support and guidance to the care team.
- Organize shifts and ensure efficient operations during your duty hours.
- Provide informal consultation and advice to staff members.
- Contribute actively to team meetings and professional development initiatives.
General Duties:
- Assist in executing all elements of the organizational mission.
- Work on a scheduled basis according to the needs of service users.
- Ensure that resources are utilized effectively.
- Perform all tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Completion of secondary education with strong literacy and numeracy abilities.
- Understanding of regulatory standards and commitment to equal opportunities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to inspire team members.
- Proficient in utilizing various IT tools.
Experience:
A minimum of one year’s experience in a care-related environment.
