About the Role:

Join a dedicated team at CJP Outreach Services, where we are committed to providing exceptional support to individuals in a residential setting. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a small team that supports a male client in the Halifax area.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the support team, ensuring high-quality care and support.
  • Manage team schedules, supervisions, and contribute to support plans and risk assessments.
  • Work closely with a Regional Case Manager to ensure comprehensive oversight of client needs.
  • Engage in hands-on support while also dedicating time to administrative responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in care and support services. You should be capable of working independently and possess an engaging personality. It is crucial to manage challenging situations effectively and maintain a consistent approach to care. Understanding potential triggers and having strategies to prevent escalation are essential skills for this role.
