Premier Group is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to oversee the Eastern region of the UK, with reporting responsibilities to the headquarters.

This role involves engaging in B2B sales for a diverse range of manufacturing products across various sectors.

The successful candidate will promote the complete product portfolio and assist clients in selecting the most suitable solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships
- Manage the designated geographical territory through various communication methods
- Meet and exceed sales targets (KPIs)
- Provide product training to clients
- Oversee the delivery of sample stock and literature to clients
- Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Background in Electronics or Mechanical fields with a desire to transition into a customer-oriented sales role OR proven sales experience in a related industry
- Valid Driving Licence
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to demonstrate products effectively
- Proficient in computer applications with experience in analyzing sales and market data
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
