About the Role

  • Store Operations: Lead your team on the shop floor, ensuring every customer interaction adds up to the top-box goals your store is aiming for.
  • Training and Development: Motivate a customer-centric team by delivering training sessions, measuring their success by spending time on the shop floor, giving feedback, and coaching.
