Customer Experience Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at UniHomes. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our student customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their entire UniHomes journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service programs to consistently exceed customer expectations and deliver a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
- Own and respond to customer reviews, conducting root cause analysis to improve our processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, ensuring that our services meet the evolving needs of our student customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer experience management or related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Salesforce (a plus).
- Experience working within the prop-tech or student accommodation sector (a plus).
