Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry
  • Great interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based IT systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
