Business Development Manager

Mosaic Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our key customer account(s).
Key Responsibilities- Order Processing: Manage the processing of orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Stock Management: Oversee the management of stock levels, including monitoring inventory, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Purchasing and Procurement: Collaborate with the procurement team to source and purchase goods and services, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
- Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular sales and stock reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service Skills: Provide superb customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication Skills: Develop effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Identify and resolve problems, providing solutions to customers and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Self-Motivation: Work independently, with minimal supervision, and be self-motivated to achieve goals and objectives.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, and have experience using other software applications as required.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and data, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and objectives.
