Salary: £35,000 - £45,000


Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legionella Quality Manager to oversee and ensure the compliance and service delivery of our expanding legionella department across the UK. This role involves close collaboration with the Field Operations Manager and the administrative team to ensure seamless service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective legionella compliance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct regular site visits to monitor and ensure compliance with legionella management procedures.
  3. Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination between teams.
  4. Provide training and support to staff on legionella management procedures and best practices.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in legionella management and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
