The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and communicative Recruitment Coordinator to join our passionate and supportive recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Senior Recruiters to identify and attract the best tutors for our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage job ads and screen CVs to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with Senior Recruiters and Tuition Programme Coordinators to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Screen applications and schedule interviews.
- Manage recruitment documents, including employment verification.
- Maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System and Single Central Record.
- Handle pre-employment checks, such as obtaining references and processing DBS applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
- A strong communicator with a deep sense of customer empathy.
- A natural ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks effectively.
- A commitment to safeguarding children.
- High proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Highly efficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
