The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Recruitment Coordinator to join our passionate and supportive recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Senior Recruiters to identify and attract the best tutors for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage job ads and screen CVs to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with Senior Recruiters and Tuition Programme Coordinators to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Screen applications and schedule interviews.
  • Manage recruitment documents, including employment verification.
  • Maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System and Single Central Record.
  • Handle pre-employment checks, such as obtaining references and processing DBS applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
