About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating assessment days, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from beginning to end. You will work closely with our recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and work directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
- Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via email.
- Coordinate written assessments for candidates and arrange for candidate reimbursements.
- Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status.
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process and responsibilities involved.
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
- Update candidate records in our internal recruiting system.
- Use recruiting tools to assess candidates' skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent
- Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment
- Experience with technical tracking systems/software
