About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating assessment days, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from beginning to end. You will work closely with our recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Schedule interviews and work directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
  2. Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via email.
  3. Coordinate written assessments for candidates and arrange for candidate reimbursements.
  4. Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status.
  5. Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  6. Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process and responsibilities involved.
  7. Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
  8. Update candidate records in our internal recruiting system.
  9. Use recruiting tools to assess candidates' skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
  • Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment
  • Experience with technical tracking systems/software
