Job Description:

Job Title: Technical Records Administrator

Job Summary:

The Technical Records Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all aviation company and customer technical records, and operational administration comply with internal procedures, customer procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Airport Access Pass Applications
  2. Assist in arranging CRC's and GSAT for airport pass applications
  3. Arrange initial and annual Airside Driver Permit (ADP) applications
  4. Coordinate the booking of Hearing Tests
  5. Arrange requested First Aid and Fire Training for Line Station staff
  6. Raise Purchase Requisitions
  7. Administer staff line station car parking applications and renewals
  8. Onboarding administration for New Starters
  9. Booking Flights, Hotels and Hire Cars via internal approval process
  10. Ensure MOT's and Road Tax are up to date for company vehicles
  11. Ordering Uniform and issue
  12. Ensure databases are kept up to date
  13. Liaise with suppliers to ensure best available prices are achieved
  14. Cross cover with colleague counterparts during annual leave periods
  15. Accomplishment of such other tasks required by Line Maintenance Manager
  16. Support Tool Loan administration/customer management/logistics
  17. Ensure compliance with all applicable Regulatory requirements and Internal procedures
  18. Perform audits of all ATL (Aircraft Technical Log) pages, Work Packs, Engineering Documentation and any further documentation denoting maintenance carried out on aircraft
  19. Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format according to local procedures
  20. Use MRO PRO Software to support Technical Records activities and any other requirements
  21. Where required carry out tasks, within capabilities, to assist other departments within the organisation
  22. Support and contribute to any continuous improvement

Requirements:

  1. Must hold the rights to live & work in the UK
  2. Aviation background would be a benefit
  3. Exceptional organisation skills
  4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  5. Knowledge of programs used in daily office administration functions such as Word and Excel
  6. Ability to handle confidential information
  7. Aptitude for helping others with a can-do attitude
  8. Full Driving licence & willing to visit other Company sites
