Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrator to support our growing People team at Huntress. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing course enrolment, coordinating training logistics, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage course enrolment and attendance tracking
  • Coordinate with external vendors for training logistics and timelines
  • Ensure all documents and content are up-to-date and maintained
  • Update digital content and contribute to firm-wide L&D communications
  • Support in-house/Teams training and maintain documentation
  • Assist with induction days and exam communication for trainees
  • Monthly reporting on exam outcomes and updating relevant departments

Requirements

  • Admin experience within L&D beneficial but not essential
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys coordinating, meeting deadlines, and maintaining documents
