About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Administrator to support our growing People team at Huntress Search Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for coordinating and managing multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage course enrolment and attendance tracking, ensuring seamless coordination with external vendors.
  • Coordinate training logistics and timelines, maintaining up-to-date documentation and digital content.
  • Support in-house training and maintain documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate and current.
  • Assist with induction days and exam communication for trainees, providing timely and effective support.
  • Prepare monthly reports on exam outcomes, updating relevant departments and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Administrative experience in Learning and Development is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm for coordinating and managing multiple tasks, with a keen eye for detail.
