About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote retention and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive and set clear team goals and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines to ensure efficient team operation and performance.
  • Ensure the team is promoting the brand and products in an effective manner.
  • Ensure the team sends and follows up on insights, and newsletters, including product updates, and facilitates training for existing customers.
  • Onboard and train customers on new features and products.

  • Support and enhance team training.

  • Have in-depth knowledge of all internal administrative and operational systems and processes.
