We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Stack Middlesbrough. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our venue and contributing to the growth of our company.

About the Role

As Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venue, including managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring we meet our targets. You will work closely with our General Manager to lead our team, develop business strategies, and implement initiatives to improve customer experience and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Business Management: Analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to maximize sales and exceed KPI targets.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage payroll, maintain labor efficiency, and conduct performance reviews to achieve maximum gross profits.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience, increase customer loyalty, and drive repeat business.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of management experience in hospitality.
  • Driving license.
  • First aid training certificate.
