Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily and weekly cleaning routines of the Housekeeping Team, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
  • Oversee the cleaning of residents' rooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, and offices, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Build trust and promote choice, dignity, and independence among residents, working closely with the care team to ensure a seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the Housekeeping Team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Good standard of education, such as GCSEs in English and Maths, may be useful.
