Head of Housekeeping Opportunity at Active Care Group

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Housekeeping to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for leading the housekeeping team and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the facility
  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure effective and efficient delivery of cleaning services
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to meet the needs of the facility
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
