Location: Belfast

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service within a dynamic team environment at our Belfast office.

As the primary point of contact for all Calor domestic and commercial clients with gas meters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their journey with Calor.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clear, informative, and expert guidance regarding all aspects of the metered service, maintaining a confident and positive demeanor.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring that root causes are identified and communicated to the appropriate departments for corrective measures.
  • Accurately gather and update all necessary customer information.
  • Conduct all administrative tasks and reporting in accordance with strict deadlines and established processes.
  • Exhibit teamwork by supporting colleagues with various tasks in an enthusiastic and approachable manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Perform any additional duties that may involve collaboration with other departments.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Consistently meet performance metrics related to productivity, schedule adherence, turnaround times, and quality.
  • Possess strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, along with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Have a minimum of two years of relevant customer service experience with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and the capability to resolve customer queries regarding accounts, services, and billing within the department's service level agreements.
  • Exhibit strong initiative, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities.
