Key Qualifications for the Senior Nursing Team Leader Role:
  • Must possess a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
  • Current NMC Pin
  • Clear DBS Check
  • Strong understanding of contemporary clinical practices and CQC regulations
  • Proven experience in developing comprehensive care plans and thorough risk assessments.
About the Rehabilitation Centre:

This state-of-the-art Neurological Rehabilitation Centre is a purpose-built establishment situated on a spacious 3.5-acre site, surrounded by lush woodlands and meticulously maintained grounds. The facility features 27 ensuite bedrooms, with 20 rooms equipped with ceiling tracking hoists for enhanced accessibility.

The dedicated team provides high-quality and intensive neurological rehabilitation services, including physical, cognitive, functional, and vocational assessments, as well as behavioral management and complex disability evaluations for adults.

Responsibilities of the Senior Nursing Team Leader:
  • Provide leadership and management to the Nursing and Care team
  • Ensure the highest standards of care, welfare, and safety for all residents
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and update person-centered care plans
  • Collaborate with external regulatory bodies and agencies
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to record keeping, documentation, and health and safety
  • Mentor junior staff members
  • Perform specific duties as assigned by the Home Manager
