About The Role:

As a Customer Support Technician, you will be integral in guaranteeing that clients receive the necessary support. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on the company's products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and effective technical assistance to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to products and services

  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address technical and product-related challenges
  • Employ a logical troubleshooting methodology to resolve customer concerns

Skill Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer support capacity, ideally within a technology-focused industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a courteous telephone manner
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with product evaluation methodologies and tools
  • Basic understanding of electronics
  • Experience in the OEM automotive or motorsport sectors, with knowledge of vehicle data analysis, testing, or race data analysis
