Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a low secure hospital in Ayr, Scotland. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and/or personality disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, promoting engagement and trust
- Contribute to patient assessments, care planning, and monitoring progress
- Lead shifts and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
