We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a low secure hospital in Ayr, Scotland. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and/or personality disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place
  • Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring progress
  • At a senior level, lead shifts, mentor student nurses, and support colleagues in their professional development
