Nurse Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Mental Health Professional to work in a low secure hospital setting. You will be part of a dynamic team providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and/or personality disorders.
This role is ideal for a compassionate and empathetic individual who is passionate about delivering patient-centred care. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a high standard of care to patients with mental health needs
- Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement and progress
- Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
- Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
- At a more senior level, you'll also need to lead shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team
