Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Operations Director to spearhead the day-to-day operations of our organization. This multifaceted role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively manage diverse teams, optimize workflows, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in operations management, executive support, and client relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement. Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership review.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Coordinate meetings, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate client records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, executive support, or client relations roles.
- Relevant business degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
