Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every item that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards, supporting the smooth running of the kitchen, and deputising for the Head Chef as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that every item that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Deputise for the Head Chef as needed, including taking charge of the kitchen during their absence.
  • Deliver training to new kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory management.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, ideally from a fast-paced, branded operation.
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
