Job Opportunity: Treasury Officer

Hutcheon Mearns is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Officer to join our team in Dyce. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing our client's treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bank accounts and reconcile statements
  • Contribute to the preparation and approval of payment runs and manual payment proposals
  • Maintain intercompany relationships, contracts, and billings
  • Manage exchange rates within our ERP system
  • Support the month-end close process for intercompany reconciliations
  • Be the primary point of contact for operational banking partners and debt financiers
  • Maintain treasury schedules for interest and loan balances
  • Develop a robust hedging strategy to protect the business from interest rate and exchange rate fluctuations
  • Support the tendering process with advice on currency splits for medium and long-term cash planning
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure the integrity of supplier master data for bank information
Requirements
  • Educated to college or university level or experienced in treasury
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • Strong team building skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Flexible approach with the ability to support international operations
  • Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills
