About The Position
We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to join our Legal Services Team as a Technical Lead. This role is designed to support our team of Legal Advisors in a flexible hybrid working environment, allowing for a balance between remote work and in-office collaboration.
Our team is dedicated to providing initial legal guidance and support to our corporate partners and members, addressing a variety of private law issues and ensuring positive outcomes through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities... In this role, you will assist the Legal Advisory management team with daily operations and workflows, while also taking on the following responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality legal advice to our members and clients, ensuring exceptional service in handling private legal matters.
  • Utilize CRM systems to accurately document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Stay informed about legal developments, internal processes, and policies to effectively support the Legal Advisory team.
  • Balance your efforts between assisting customers and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Work alongside the Quality Assurance and Training Manager to enhance quality monitoring and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Address and resolve complaints efficiently, prioritizing customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Qualifications... To qualify for this position, candidates should possess at least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, along with:
  • A degree in Law (LLB) and a postgraduate qualification (e.g., LLM, LPC/LSF, or BVC) or equivalent legal/insurance certification, or relevant experience in a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in IT, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools and Applications.
