Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Commercial team in Whitefield, Manchester. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, assisting in the day-to-day running of the customer care process, and be the key contact for major customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers, logistics partners, and other departments within the business.
  • Process orders, handle customer complaints, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a confident telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Good organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and deadlines.
