Planning and Logistics Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Logistics Team Leader to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the site's logistics supply, aligning demand with capacity, and ensuring stock policies are meticulously maintained within business guidelines.

As the Planning and Logistics Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of managing the site's logistics supply, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and that the Customer Relations team receives timely responses to escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review site logistics supply, demand against capacity, and stock policies.
  • Appraise and coach the Logistics day team, fostering professional development.
  • Ensure that stock levels are optimized and that the Customer Relations team receives timely responses to escalations.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of SAP processes in Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, and Materials Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Speciality Chemicals | Planning and Logistics | Team Leader | SAP | Sales & Distribution | Production Planning | Materials Management | MS Office | Stock Management | Process Improvement
