About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Recruit Mint Ltd. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling data input for sales orders and quotations, dealing with customer queries, and performing various secretarial duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input sales orders and quotations accurately and efficiently into our system.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing and maintaining customer records and databases.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
