Key responsibilities include inputting data from the supplier base, verifying shipping documents, ensuring the accuracy of information, and generating sales orders. You'll be responsible for maintaining clear communication with customers regarding order delivery and collection times, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks such as reconciliations, customer claims coordination, and report generation.
