**Job Title:** Despatch Administrator

**Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled Despatch Administrator to join our team in Chatteris. As a Despatch Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring transport for customers is booked correctly and on time.
- You will deal with despatch paperwork on vehicles, handle calls from hauliers and relevant parties regarding issues, and maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
- Your role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial departments.
**Responsibilities:
- Ensure Health and safety standards are followed and adhered to.
- Book transport via excel and website portals for main site as well as 3rd party's.
- Answer phone calls and deal with both internal and external queries, communicating issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as first point of contact for drivers and Hauliers via telephone, email and face to face.
- Liaise with customer, hauliers, drivers and warehouse team to minimize delays and notify correct departments if any delays.
- Work in control temperature areas.
- Process paperwork for drivers on site correctly and deal with paperwork for third party farms.
- Support section leaders in despatch as and when required.
**Our Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a proficient individual with strong background in English, Maths, and computing. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and meet deadlines while delivering exceptional customer service.
