Sales Customer Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Customer Advisor to join our team at JCT600. As a Sales Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and converting every type of enquiry into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service at all times, ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
- Establishing Strong Customer Relationships: Establish strong relationships with customers built on trust, ensuring that all interaction with the customer is simple and transparent.
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear, accurate and branded communication with customers through all contact channels.
- Meeting Departmental Objectives: Actively set out to achieve and exceed departmental objectives.
- Vehicle Handover: Follow all internal procedures to ensure all vehicles are handed over at the time and in the condition agreed with the customer.
- Brand Standards: Ensure all Brand standards are always adhered to.
Requirements:
- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience within a sales or customer service orientated environment.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional customer facing and interpersonal skills to enable difficult situations to be overcome professionally and successfully.
- Valid Driving Licence: A valid driving licence which is free from excessive penalties.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 OTE dependant on experience.

- Annual Leave: 26 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days at 5 years' service and 30 days at 10 years' service (from 1st July 2022) plus bank holidays.
