Role Overview
In this dynamic position, you will oversee one of our most prominent locations, driving sales performance and key performance indicators through effective team leadership.
Your role will involve providing an outstanding level of personalized service to our clientele, utilizing your extensive product knowledge to inspire and exceed customer expectations. A genuine passion for luxury products and a commitment to delivering a premier client experience are essential. You will mentor and develop your team to achieve excellence, ensuring adherence to brand standards and completion of all operational tasks.
- Deliver a premium selling experience to all customers, showcasing exceptional product knowledge and expertise.
- Confidently make recommendations to meet sales targets.
- Drive and achieve both individual and team objectives, taking accountability for your sales results and KPIs.
- Exhibit a passion for the industry and current trends.
- Proactively engage with clients to foster customer loyalty.
- Communicate with clients regarding new product ranges and in-store events.
- Plan and execute in-store events in collaboration with the store and brands.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising within the store.
- Uphold exceptional personal grooming standards in line with company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and other operational responsibilities.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by positively promoting the product and company image.
- Lead by example to support and coach the sales team.
- Collaborate with the store management team.
- Build strong relationships with brand representatives.
- Participate as a team player in all activities to support store objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Champion our company culture and values.
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to provide authentic and personalized customer service. The role requires flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in leading a team within a retail setting.
- Background in luxury retail or tailoring is advantageous.
- A positive and motivational attitude, skilled in driving team performance.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to identify and nurture talent within the team.
- Excellent communication skills.
