Position Overview:
Join OCS Group UK as a dedicated Culinary Support Specialist, where your passion for food and beverage service will shine.

Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to assist in our catering operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness while contributing to a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with various catering tasks within the Culinary Department.
  • Support in the setup, preparation, and closing of the kitchen.
  • Prepare and serve our premium coffee selections.
  • Help with the service of food and beverages during operational hours.
  • Manage deliveries and ensure proper storage of supplies.
  • Contribute to stock replenishment and kitchen duties as needed.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Serve customized menus catering to the preferences of distinguished guests.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess the right to work in the UK and demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to their work.
We seek individuals who are committed to achieving the highest standards and can work autonomously while also thriving in a team environment.
While a food handling certificate is preferred, we are willing to assist candidates in obtaining this qualification.
