We are seeking an experienced Lending Product Manager to join our Innovation Banking team in London. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the development, maintenance, and commercialization of our lending products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on lending products, supporting internal stakeholders and relationship teams.
  • Manage existing products, including monitoring P&Ls and ensuring the soundness and fit-for-purpose nature of the product set.
  • Lead on lending product governance activities, including regular product reviews and the development of business cases for future enhancements.
  • Use data to create insightful MI to support the flow of information into relevant committees and forums.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements through deep understanding of client and business needs.
  • Contribute to managing the product risk and control framework.
Requirements
  • Current experience of lending product management, gained through product management, implementations, coverage, or origination.
  • Previous or existing "Product Owner" experience within a lending, Agile delivery team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications/presentation skills with a senior presence.
  • Strong generalist knowledge and experience across multiple products, spanning front-end channels, middle, and back-office systems.
  • Proven successful track record of new product development and solid understanding of product lifecycle methodology and governance.
