About the Role: As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Compliance & HR Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the Compliance & HR Manager with day-to-day administration, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Health & Safety Administration: Chase and update site paperwork, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Internal & External Audits: Assist with administration for internal and external audits, collating files, and reviewing paperwork.
- Risk Assessments: Update and review risk assessments to ensure the team is aware of potential hazards.
- CITB Administration: Ensure grants and funding are applied for and training logged, supporting the team's professional development.
- Incident Reporting: Assist with completion and review of personal accident and incident report forms, including reporting to the appropriate organization if required.
- Training & Development: Book training for the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Chasing of Required Paperwork: Chase weekly and monthly paperwork, including Supervisor site inspection records, Point of work risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
- Plant Equipment Administration: Assist with administration on plant equipment, including arranging calibration, servicing, and renewal of ESIS and LOLER documentation.
- Fleet & Plant Equipment Administration: Arrange servicing and repairs of fleet and plant equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including logging sickness and holiday, updating and chasing relevant paperwork.
