Key Responsibilities:
As a SEN Teacher, your duties will include:
  • Designing and implementing lesson plans while monitoring student progress.
  • Collaborating with support staff to develop and execute targeted interventions.
  • Managing student behavior in accordance with individualized plans.
  • Setting and reviewing educational targets for students.
  • Providing guidance and support to mainstream teachers.
  • Working closely with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCO) and other specialists.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience or knowledge in working with students with complex needs or special educational needs.
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure and relevant professional references.
  • A comprehensive CV covering the last decade of employment.
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
