As a SEN Teacher, your duties will include:
- Designing and implementing lesson plans while monitoring student progress.
- Collaborating with support staff to develop and execute targeted interventions.
- Managing student behavior in accordance with individualized plans.
- Setting and reviewing educational targets for students.
- Providing guidance and support to mainstream teachers.
- Working closely with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCO) and other professionals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience or knowledge in working with students with complex needs or special educational needs.
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure and relevant professional reference checks.
- A comprehensive CV covering the last decade of employment history.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
