Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive business process improvements and deliver strategic value to our organization.

This role is critical to our success, and we are looking for a talented individual who can lead the evaluation of complex business processes, propose enhancements, and deliver added value to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of intricate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and manage requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and informed decision-making.
  • Design and implement business process improvements using BPMN.
  • Support UAT by creating test scripts and managing defect resolution.
  • Mentor junior Business Analysts to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst role with a focus on business process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
